Precision Turned Components

Our core craft — CNC and Traub turning to ±0.01 mm.

Overview

This is the capability Rajhans was founded on: take a customer drawing, set up a CNC or Traub machine, and hold the print — diameter, concentricity, thread and finish — across a hundred thousand parts.

We machine free-cutting brass, stainless and mild steel from Ø3 to Ø65 mm bar, with in-process inspection at the machine and final inspection on calibrated instruments. If your part spins on a lathe, it belongs here.

Typical Applications

  • Electrical and electronic terminals
  • Instrumentation and metering parts
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic components
  • Fasteners and special hardware
  • Any made-to-print turned part
