Infrastructure
Two units. One uninterrupted process chain.
Turning, threading, finishing, inspection and packing run under our own roofs in Dared, Jamnagar. Forged and cast blanks are made to our own die designs by long-standing partners, then machined and inspected here.
The Facility
Built for volume, tooled for precision.
Rajhans Engineering operates from two units in the Dared industrial belt of Jamnagar: the registered works at Shree Ram Industrial Park and a second plant at Phase-II. Together they house the full process chain — bar storage, turning, secondary operations, finishing, inspection and packing.
Machines are maintained on a preventive schedule and tooling is managed in-house, which keeps setups fast and dimensions stable across long production runs.

Machinery
The machine park.
Bar-fed automats for volume, CNC for complexity, and dedicated stations for every secondary operation — so a part rarely leaves the building between operations.
