Raw Material Selection
Certified CW614N / IS-319 brass rod is sourced from approved mills and verified for composition and hardness before it enters the shop floor.
Step 02 / 06
CNC / Traub Turning
Components are turned on CNC and Traub machines to tolerances up to ±0.01 mm, straight from the customer drawing.
Step 03 / 06
Threading & Knurling
BSP, NPT, metric and custom threads are cut and checked with plug and ring gauges; knurls are rolled full-depth to specification.
Step 04 / 06
Surface Finishing & Plating
Parts are deburred, polished and finished — natural, nickel, tin or chrome — for clean, consistent surfaces.
Step 05 / 06
Quality Inspection
Dimensional, thread and visual inspection on calibrated instruments. Every dispatch is 100% quality-checked.
Step 06 / 06
Packaging & Dispatch
Components are packed to export standards, documented, and dispatched on schedule — domestic or worldwide.
